Fast food is popular because of its method
presentation fast
food can economize time and effort. But in fact if we look at in side of
health, fast food if consumed too often can cause some very dangerous diseases.
Why is that?
The
first, fast food contains preservatives. If consumed in excess, preservatives
will be buried in the body that can damage organ functions such as the liver,
heart, brain, spleen, pancreas, kidneys and central nervous system.
The
second, the fast food usually contains excessive flavor. If consumed
continuously can cause indication of allergy or poisoning called Chinese Restaurant
Syndrome, dizziness, queasy, vomiting, causing pain in the chest and heart
area.
Actually
we can do eat fast food, but not too often. The following tips may be helpful:
Ø Give time limit least 3 days to eat fast food.
Ø Try to eat fruit after eating fast food.
Ø Drink milk believed to neutralize poison.
Ø Expand drinking water.
